BUS 2450 - Business Law This course introduces the student to the fundamentals, principles, and practices of law as they apply to business operations. Topics covered in this course include state and federal regulations, consumer law, contracts, business forms (partnerships and corporations), sales and warranties, commercial transactions, tort liability, tax considerations, and bankruptcy.
