MAT 1060 - Problem Solving with Mathematics This course provides problem solving methods that are needed when addressing questions involving mathematics. Examples incorporate many areas of mathematics, especially geometry, algebra, probability, and statistics. Analysis of data in graphs, charts, and tables is emphasized. Some work is in groups and with available technology. There is a writing component in this course.
Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisite is math competency. This course is offered every semester.
