BUS 4270 - Entrepreneurial Strategy This course deals with the factors influencing the development of strategies for innovation, competitive advantage, and managing change, control, growth, and transition of developing ventures. Case studies and/or computer simulation will be utilized to help the students identify the critical factors that are associated with the success or failure.
Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisite is BUS 3350 or permission of the instructor. This course is offered every fall.
