PSY 2270 - Introduction to Human Services


Credit(s): 3

This course is designed to introduce sophomore level students to the basic skills and concepts of the human services profession. Students gain knowledge about specific populations and social problems as well as familiarity with the human services interventions and agencies that serve these individuals.

Prerequisites: PSY 2410  (or taken concurrently).

Restrictions: Sophomore standing.

Offering Location: Lyndon Campus

Notes: Required of and limited to Applied Psychology and Human Services majors. There is a course fee.
