EJA 3030 - Law and Regulation This course traces the evolution of law and regulation affecting producers and consumers of news media beginning with the First Amendment. Readings combine theory with case studies. Classroom moot court sessions deepen understanding of landmark decisions. Students follow current Supreme Court cases as they unfold and explore the changing landscape of internet law and FCC rulings.
Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisite is EJA 2130 or permission. There is a lab fee. This course is offered every fall semester.
