BIO 4330 - Sustainable Food Systems II This course will examine the principles of plant and animal sustainable food production. Topics will include best practices for maintaining soil fertility, scientific principles for diseases and pest, and emphasizes matching of agricultural production to land, climate and markets. Instruction includes planning, development and maintainance of Lyndon State College Gardens.
Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisites include BIO 2070 or BIO 2520 or permission of the instructor. There is a lab fee. This course will be offered every spring.
