XSC 1255 - Fitness for Health and Performance This course will introduce students to the health related components of fitness (muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory fitness, flexibility, and body composition) and the performance-related components of fitness (speed, power, agility, neuromuscular coordination, reaction time, balance, and muscular strength). Lectures and physical activity sessions will emphasize these components.
Prerequisites & Notes There is a lab fee. This course is offered every semester.
