BUS 3250 - Organizational Behavior in Business This course provides an analysis of business organization through the use of behavioral sciences as related to the management of enterprises. The instruction emphasizes the development of individuals and groups within the business environment. Selection, training, motivation, leadership and organization theory are among the topics covered.
Prerequisites & Notes The prerequisite is BUS 2020. This course is offered every spring.
